PHA staff reports:
------------------------------------------------------------------------ 7:18 PM:
Anna New York, the building manager, delivered the report as follows: Inspections on second floor went really well. Lease signings have been underway. We are up to seven floors, but not too many people have been showing up. Calling in advance is okay, or just drop by when you have the spare time. We need to be done by June 1st. No more bread is being left outside, and it is hoped to remain that way. If you're on the scooter, please don't ride on the grass. This is for your safety, as you might get stuck. A question was raised about roll-around air conditioners, but this was discouraged because such air conditioners would still require ventilation near a window.
------------------------------------ 7:22 PM:
Charlie, the officer in residence, delivered his report as follows: Everybody's personal space is theirs. When that gets violated, we have to take action. We got to be careful with how we treat each other. A resident asked if there will be hours? ResponseL Absolutely. If people are going to utilize it, and if there's preference. Can we knock on your door if there's an emergency? Yes, if I'm in. If it's urgent, or there's a weapon involved, the best bet is to call 911.
------------------------------------ 7:24 PM:
Anna added: Do not let people you don't know into the building. Please be concerned for your own safety and mine. Always use your card to enter: the system will record who used the card and when.
